Terms of Limited Warranty
Warranty Policy
JuSai Pilates guarantees that all new equipment is free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship, subject to the following terms. This warranty is effective from the date of the original purchase invoice. Any parts that are repaired or replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the purchaser's responsibility to notify the Company of any changes to their contact information.
This warranty applies to equipment as long as:

The equipment remains in the possession of the original purchaser.It does not extend to any subsequent owner or transferee of the product or any transferee or other beneficiary of the service.

Proof of purchase is provided.

Claims are made within the specific warranty period for each part.
This warranty will be void if:

The safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines outlined in the relevant equipment manuals are not followed.

The equipment is used for any purpose other than its intended use, or is stored or used outdoors, or in environments without proper climate or humidity control.

An At-Home Reformer is used in Pilates studios, fitness clubs, gyms, spas, or any other commercial fitness facility providing services to the public.

The equipment has been involved in accidents, misuse, abuse, improper service, or unauthorized modifications.

Springs on spring-loaded equipment (such as Reformers, Cadillacs, Cadillac Reformers, Chairs, Towers, Wall Units, etc.) are not replaced every two (2) years, which may void the warranty.
This warranty does not cover:

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, modifications, or unauthorized repairs; as well as scratches on the finish, or tears and indentations in the upholstery.

This warranty does not include shipping fees, customs clearance charges (if applicable), or any expenses associated with the installation of repaired or replacement parts sent under this warranty.

This warranty will be void if the springs are not replaced as instructed, if the safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines in the manuals are not followed, if the equipment is used for purposes other than Pilates exercises, or if the equipment has been damaged due to accidents, misuse, improper servicing, or unauthorized modifications by Jusai Pilates.
At its discretion, the Company will repair or replace defective parts, provided that the defect is due to workmanship or materials, and the failure is reported within the applicable warranty period for each part.
Commercial Reformers
Maximum of 27.5 hours per week and must not exceed the maximum weight capacity.
1-Year Limited Warranty on the frame components, welding, and footbar mechanisms.
90-Day Limited Warranty on upholstery (see Fabric & Upholstery section below).
1-Year Limited Warranty on straps and spring clips.
2-Year Limited Warranty on all other components.

At Home Reformers
2-Year Limited Warranty on the frame components, welding, and footbar mechanisms.
90-Day Limited Warranty on upholstery (see Fabric & Upholstery section below).

This warranty becomes void if the At Home Reformer is used in Pilates studios, fitness clubs, gyms, spas, or any other commercial fitness facility offering public fitness services.

Cadillac and Cadillac Reformers
2-Year Limited Warranty on the frame components, welding, and footbar mechanisms.
90-Day Limited Warranty on upholstery (see Fabric & Upholstery section below).

Pilates Chairs
2-Year Limited Warranty on the metal frame and welding components.

Limitation of Liability
The remedies outlined above are your only and exclusive solutions, and represent our full and sole obligation and liability for any breach of this limited warranty. Regardless of anything to the contrary, our liability in relation to the products, their use, or any other aspects related to the purchase terms will, under no circumstances, exceed the actual amount you paid for the product or service purchased through the site during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event that led to the claim. We are also not liable for any loss of production, work, data, usage, business, goodwill, reputation, revenue, or profits, any reduction in value, costs for replacement products or services, or any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.
You are solely responsible for all risks associated with or arising from the use of the products, including any loss, damage, injury, or death to individuals and property, regardless of cause. You agree to promptly indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses related to the products and their use.
Some states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. The products are intended for educational and entertainment purposes only. You should not rely on any information provided with the products or by us as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The use of any information associated with the products is entirely at your own risk. You and others should not disregard or delay seeking medical advice from a healthcare professional based on the information provided with the products or by us. Nothing in the products or provided by us should be considered as medical or counseling practice, including but not limited to psychiatry, psychology, psychotherapy, or health-related care, diagnosis, advice, or treatment. The products are continuously being developed, and we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose.
Safety Disclaimer
Engaging in physical exercise, whether with or without equipment such as blocks, straps, or any other tools suggested by an instructor, is a physically demanding activity. Therefore, we strongly advise you to consult a physician before starting any exercise program, routine, or using our products or any other equipment provided or demonstrated through our materials or services. Your Reformer is not a medical entity, and its instructors or staff cannot offer medical advice or diagnoses. Any suggestions or recommendations related to the use of equipment, exercises, poses, or instruction are entirely optional and should be performed at your discretion. Nothing in the products or services we provide should be interpreted as medical advice or diagnosis.
By using the products or our services, you acknowledge and understand that physical exercise involves strenuous movement, which inherently carries the risk of injury—physical or mental. It is your responsibility to assess your physical and mental fitness for such activities. You are also responsible for ensuring that, by participating in classes or using the products, you do not exceed your limits. It is important to select classes that match your skill level, physical condition, and mental well-being. Additionally, you recognize that instructors may suggest physical adjustments or the use of certain equipment, but it is solely your responsibility to determine whether any such suggestions are suitable for your level of ability and physical or mental state. By using the products or services, you waive all rights to claims for injuries of any kind against us.
When using the products or assisting others in using them, please ensure the following safety measures:

Make sure there is enough space for each person to practice safely.

Check for any potential trip or slip hazards.

Ensure there are no objects nearby that could cause injury if you fall or come into contact with them.

Avoid sharp objects or hot surfaces near your practice area.

Ensure the space is well-lit.

Make sure any electrical appliances, cameras, screens, and cables are placed on a stable surface and not in your training area where they could pose a trip hazard.

Ensure the room is well-ventilated.

Keep water available to stay hydrated.

Consult a doctor before training if you have any existing injuries or health conditions.

Keep children out of the area while using the products.

Make sure all individuals in the vicinity are aware of the training session and avoid entering space.

Be aware of the maximum load-bearing limits for each product.

The minimum age requirement for using the products is eighteen (18) years old. The products are not intended for use by individuals under eighteen (18) and should not be used by anyone in that age group.
Non-Refundable
Unless they are covered by the warranty, the following items cannot be refunded:
- Customized products: any product ordered with special upholstery.
- Equipment: Cadillac, Cadillac-Reformer, Reformer, Ladder Barrel, Pilates Chair, Wall Unit, Spine, Towers.
- Configuration of special equipment.
- Accessories and spare parts.
- Special shipments.
- Amounts collected for the reservation of the goods.
Warranty Return Procedure
Before returning any equipment, the customer must contact Jusai Pilates by email ascs@massfitman.com or its authorized distributor to obtain approval. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to Jusai Pilates (or the authorized distributor) if a warranty adjustment is required. The customer also assumes responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipment. If Jusai Pilates decides not to proceed with a warranty adjustment, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Jusai Pilates will not accept returns without a pre-approved authorization number, which must be visibly marked on the outside of the package.
